helpful in arranging rental car. staff were friendly

hotel was completely engulfed in cigarett smoke. in particular in the receiption/lounge area. not suitable for non-smokers. breakfast was very basic.

They were very accommodating to our late arrival and to any questions we had.

The room we were given was not the one described in our reservation and when we tried to get the room that we reserved they attempted to charge us more for it. Additionally, the wireless internet was broken. Lastly, the main page lists breakfast as complimentary but it wasn't in fact.

I very well run individual hotel un the centre of Samos Town. The proprietor was very helpful. I had and injured ankle and he dealt with my luggage and took me to the ferry. I would recommend stying there.

The owner Ageliki was very interested in with the customers very much, room was clean and nice, absolutely family atmosphere and apart from the famillies it good was the single travelers as well

Only the language problem they can solve it at least if they employ for the summer time english speaker one , but either Dimitris or Marina were helped if we have difficulties but at the end thanks to body language....but this is not a complaints only suggestion

Hotel is in a good location. Taverns, supermarket and bus station is very near. Room is very comfortable. You can find cooking equipments in the room. Staffs are very friendly. Free transport to the beach.
